Give the ultimate gift of wellness. Our gift certificates can be used
for services or products. Best of all, call us and we can mail the
certificate direct with a personalized greeting.
Cancellation Policy
Unless 24 hour notice is given for cancelled appointments, a service
charge will be applied. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel full or
half day spa services.
Minimum Age
In order to insure your comfort and the comfort of our other guests,
children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa area unless a
service is being provided for the child.
Your Spa Visit
- For any Spa service, we suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes
prior to your appointment.
- Many of our services are designed to compliment each other. Please
ask a Spa Coordinator for suggestions
- We require that you disclose any medical condition and/or
prescription medication you are taking as some services may be
contra-indicated.
- A set-up fee of 10% will be applied to all packages involving six or
more people.
- You must leave a credit card number or deposit on all spa packages
and/or wedding parties at least 48 hours before appointments. If you
cancel under the allotted 48 hours or do not show for the scheduled
appointments, the deposit will be forfeited or your credit card will be
charged for services.
- In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene,
we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.
